To access the property, a path starts from the parking space located in the courtyard adjacent to the house, climbing a few easily navigable steps. Continuing along the outdoor path, you reach a charming furnished garden, ideal for relaxing and socializing outdoors in a peaceful and well-maintained setting.

Inside, the house features a welcoming entrance/living room, furnished with a French-style sofa bed and a remote-controlled television, offering comfort and functionality. The dining area features a fully equipped kitchen, ideal for preparing meals at home. The spacious and functional bathroom has a shower and washing machine, ensuring convenience during your stay. The sleeping area includes two double bedrooms, both carefully furnished to ensure a comfortable sleep. The house can therefore accommodate up to 5 people.
