Guest access
If you have a car, park it in the comfortable and large private box (with remote control), 2 bicycles are available. Then you enter the house via the external staircase which leads to a private terrace and the house. The large windows and the terrace face south, the sun enters the house from morning to evening, especially between October and April when it is farthest from the zenith. Even in the middle of winter it is possible to enjoy the sun on the terrace in short sleeves, having lunch or reading a good book. The terrace is equipped with 2 tables, 8 chairs, 1 double armchair and 2 comfortable sunbeds. Bouganville, flowers and succulents frame and complete the splendid sea view.

Other things to keep in mind
The cleaning and preparation of the accommodation are carried out with care. Sheets and towels are included and you will find the beds made. The kitchen is well equipped with pots, pans and various accessories. The apartment is equipped with air conditioners, two televisions, washing machine, dishwasher. For working needs, 2 desks are available. In the cold season, thermal comfort is guaranteed as the heating of the house, with radiators in every room, is autonomous and adjustable. The apartment is equipped with super fast fiber WiFi.

Services
The apartment is located in the quiet of the Arenzano pine forest, an area under private concession protected by 24-hour surveillance. The center of Arenzano is about 1 km away and can be reached by car or shuttles made available by the Pineta. At 500 meters. there is the Portichetto, a small shopping center with mini market bar/tobacconist, restaurant, playground for children. At 200 meters. there is the beach of Marina Grande which has both a paid bathing establishment and a public beach. Near the beach is the splendid and panoramic cycle and pedestrian path (former railway tunnel) which takes you on foot or by bicycle to Arenzano or Cogoleto.
