Required 10% of the total price of the stay at the reservation with payment by bank transfer

Agency fee 30% on the price of the stay
Deposit 200 euros refunded upon check out after checking the condition of the accommodation
Tourist tax not included, calculated according to the days of stay
Additional cleaning and linen change services are available upon request

Check in: 15.00 - 18.00
All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by us and with the possibility of a supplement.
Check-out: 09.00 - 10.00
Children and extra beds:
Children are welcome. Any type of extra bed or cot is only available on request and subject to confirmation by us.
Pets
Only small pets are allowed
Supplements are not included: the amount will be communicated at the time of the request and paid during the stay.
It is not allowed to organize parties and events inside the structures and it is requested to not cause loud noises at night.
Arenzano tourist tax
We remind you that the period subject to residence tax will begin on April 1, 2019 and will end on October 31, 2019.
WHO PAYS THE TOURIST TAX?
All non-residents staying in an accommodation facility located in the Municipality of Arenzano, from 12 until 65 years old, are subject to the payment of the tourist tax. There are other types of exemption from Article 6 of the Municipal Regulation.
HOW IS IT CALCULATED?
Rates are per person and must be multiplied by the number of nights, up to a maximum of 5 consecutive nights.
If there are more than 5 consecutive nights, from 6th onwards the tourist tax is not due.
If the consecutive time is interrupted, the counting starts again for the following overnight stays.
The rates applied vary with reference to the type of accommodation facility.
